Quantity Surveyor

The practice identifies individual client’s requirements and provides a service tailored to their specific needs and budgets. Our extensive range of services is broadly divided into two main areas, specialised and general. The specialist area covers detailed advice on contractual claims, liabilities for defective work, reports, arbitration and litigation, negotiations and settlement of accounts, project audits and management. The general area of our business covers design and builds tender documentation, estimating, Bills of Quantities, cost studies, property maintenance and management, as well as all the other quantity and building surveying requirements.
